Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Dental Office Coordinator who understands the business of dentistry and is committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and provide excellent service
  • Manage phones, scheduling, and daily flow
  • Verify insurance and review PPO benefits
  • Present treatment plans and financial options
  • Collect and post payments accurately
  • Coordinate referrals and maintain patient records
  • Support the clinical team and ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

  • Dental front office experience required
  • Knowledge of dental insurance (PPO preferred)
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable with dental software (Dentrix, Archy, Eaglesoft, or similar)
  • Understanding of HIPAA and dental terminology
