Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Dental Office Coordinator who understands the business of dentistry and is committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and provide excellent service
- Manage phones, scheduling, and daily flow
- Verify insurance and review PPO benefits
- Present treatment plans and financial options
- Collect and post payments accurately
- Coordinate referrals and maintain patient records
- Support the clinical team and ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- Dental front office experience required
- Knowledge of dental insurance (PPO preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with dental software (Dentrix, Archy, Eaglesoft, or similar)
- Understanding of HIPAA and dental terminology

Compensation & Benefits
- $41,600 annually ($20/hour), with growth opportunities
