We are a well-established, privately owned dental practice seeking an experienced and dependable Part-Time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about patient care, works well as part of a team, and takes pride in providing an excellent patient experience.

Qualifications

• Active California RDA license

• Strong chairside assisting skills for restorative and general dental procedures

• Experience with dental software, digital charting, scheduling, and treatment planning

• Ability to take high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral photos

• Experience with Eaglesoft preferred

• Experience with iTero scanning preferred

• Excellent communication and patient education skills

• Positive attitude and strong team mentality

• Ability to stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent attention to detail and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality chairside assistance for restorative and general dental procedures

• Utilize Eaglesoft for digital charting, scheduling, and treatment planning

• Take digital radiographs and intraoral photographs

• Perform iTero scans as needed

• Help maintain an efficient and organized daily clinical flow

• Follow strict sterilization, infection-control, and PPE protocols

• Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients and team members

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $30–$32 per hour, based on experience
Additional Pay: Team bonus system
