We are a state-of-the-art, 3-D digital surgical implant practice led by Board-Certified Periodontists who believe in clinical excellence, personal growth, and a culture of appreciation. What Makes You a Great Fit: You have strong clinical experience as a Dental Assistant or Treatment Coordinator, Dental Scheduler, with experience in speciality dental environment, in implant dentistry or surgical settings. You understand the business of dentistry and communicate treatment with confidence, clarity, empathy and integrity. You navigate technology—3-D imaging, digital workflows, scanners, implant systems—with ease and curiosity. You show gratitude, loyalty, and professionalism, and you value a team built on trust and respect. You lead by example and take pride in inspiring others to motivate toward happiness and success, steer clear of negativity, and grow and perform every day at their best. WE OFFER: $1000 dollar SIGN ON BONUS --Full benefits for this full time position, 39.5 hours, no weekends, no evenings and two admin days --Competitive compensation, benefits, incentives, profit sharing and bonus.
