We are seeking an experienced Dental Patient Coordinator who understands that the front office is essential to both patient experience and production success.
This is not an entry-level position. Dental front office experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
You will take ownership of:
Maintaining a productive, organized schedule aligned with daily production goals
Insurance verification and accurate benefit breakdowns
Confidently presenting financial estimates and collecting payments
Coordinating treatment scheduling efficiently
Managing recall and reactivation systems
Facilitating clear communication between patients and the clinical team
Ensuring HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation
90-Day Success Plan
By Day 30
Confidently navigate Dentrix
Complete insurance verifications independently
Understand provider schedules and daily production targets
Demonstrate clear, professional patient communication
By Day 60
Manage scheduling with minimal supervision
Present treatment estimates accurately and confidently
Maintain recall systems without errors
Contribute to improved schedule efficiency
By Day 90
Independently manage front office flow
Support consistent daily production goals
Reduce scheduling gaps and last-minute cancellations
Contribute positively to team culture and accountability

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience
Dentrix proficiency required
Strong understanding of dental insurance and billing
Comfortable discussing financial arrangements with patients
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Professional, team-oriented mindset
