This is not an entry-level position. Dental front office experience is required.


Key Responsibilities

You will take ownership of:

  • Maintaining a productive, organized schedule aligned with daily production goals

  • Insurance verification and accurate benefit breakdowns

  • Confidently presenting financial estimates and collecting payments

  • Coordinating treatment scheduling efficiently

  • Managing recall and reactivation systems

  • Facilitating clear communication between patients and the clinical team

  • Ensuring HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation


90-Day Success Plan

By Day 30

  • Confidently navigate Dentrix

  • Complete insurance verifications independently

  • Understand provider schedules and daily production targets

  • Demonstrate clear, professional patient communication

By Day 60

  • Manage scheduling with minimal supervision

  • Present treatment estimates accurately and confidently

  • Maintain recall systems without errors

  • Contribute to improved schedule efficiency

By Day 90

  • Independently manage front office flow

  • Support consistent daily production goals

  • Reduce scheduling gaps and last-minute cancellations

  • Contribute positively to team culture and accountability

Success in this role means taking ownership, staying organized, and communicating proactively.
