TREATMENT COORDINATOR who Aspires to advance as our "TEAM LEAD" WE WANT YOU! About Us: Leading established Board Certified Diplomate Periodontist, seeks exceptional leadership for our successful team and private practice. We are a leading dental Perio Surgical practice specializing in successful oral surgery and periodontics with advanced treatments in dental implants, Laser dentistry, IV Sedation certified, CBCT 3 D and digital planning to include 3-D print lab in house, committed to providing exceptional patient care and the latest in innovative treatment solutions. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Office Manager to join and lead our dynamic team, as the main Treatment Coordinator, and Team Lead. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental office management, Leading, coordinating, scheduling and managing a dental team, providing Fee for Service Treatment Coordination with a focus on periodontics, oral surgery and advanced cases in dental implants as well as Laser dentistry to include some facial esthetics and PRF. Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations of the dental office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. • Treatment Plan and discuss cases with patients, closing and scheduling. • Collecting for all treatment, in a fee for service practice making sure collections are complete, verifying deposits with our bank. • Manage patient scheduling for maximum production and flow, oversee successful billing collections to manage A/R for small amounts as we accept Delta Dental, and provide oversight in the insurance processing for successful collections. • Coordinate treatment plans with the periodontist and dental team. • Manage a schedule of work hours for both Clinical and Business team for efficiency, time management and surgical flow of a productive team. • Maintain and update digital patient records, reschedule outstanding treatment, and effective use of digital reminders to ensure and manage time. • Maintain protocols of exquisite patient care, from phone to finish in surgery, among other office policies. • Handle patient inquiries and concerns in a professional manner. • Provide excellent communications both in written and verbal, to team, patients and our Doctor owners, with frequency and timeliness. • Lead our team of inspired professionals through training, improving, and effectively progressing to be the best they can be. • Handle all annual staff reviews, Position Improvement plans, ICare notices • Provide oversight on time management of a team, using a digital website. • Seek out Talent, Search for inspired professionals, screen hire and train/onboard new team members to our Periodontal Family. • Track using spreadsheets and digital reporting to present ROI, Production Collection, and reward team when goals are obtained, met and reached. • Plan fun Team Events, Builders and Celebrations when success is accomplished. Qualifications: • Minimum of 7 years of dental office management experience, Perio office preferred, OMS or Speciality. • Strong knowledge of periodontics and dental implant procedures. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Proficiency in a variety of dental software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Background in all levels of dental experience, and Administrative duties. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. • Reliable driving skills and willingness to travel if necessary.
