Speaker

Cindy Hartwell started her career in dental over 25 years ago as an RDA in private practice. She later transitioned into the role of Office Manager. After a decade in private practice, she worked for a large dental insurance company for 16 years. While working in the insurance industry, Cindy held multiple roles, including dental claims auditor, grievance/appeals analyst, trainer, professional relations representative, and network specialist. Following her years in the dental insurance industry, she used that experience while working for the California Dental Association. She consulted dentists and their teams on dental benefit plans, helping them navigate the everchanging dental marketplace while advocating for them as a dental benefits analyst.
